    Barlow Carnival 2018 - 15 - 19 August 2018

    The highlight of the local areas calendar, Barlow Carnival returns this August and promises to be a fantastic day out for all the family.

    The Carnival runs from Wednesday to Sunday with a whole host of events for you to enjoy. See individual event listings for more details but part of the fun includes Well Dressing, Flower Festivals, Cream Teas, Live Music, Fun Fair, 5 A Side Football tournament.

    The highlight of the week is Carnival Day (Saturday 18 August) which sees a parade of floats and fancy dress go through the village finished off with a field packed full of entertainment, vintage cars, bar, bbq, craft stalls, vintage cars, birds of prey and so much more…

    Some of the world’s most iconic landmarks are coming to Sheffield! A diverse display of monuments, capital buildings and skyscrapers created from LEGO will be popping up around the City Centre from 4-17 August.

    The Millennium Gallery will be hosting five fantastic models, including the Great Pyramid, the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Berlin Tower.

    Summer Science 2018! - 25 July - 23 August 2018

    Fun Science Sheffield is back with more science fun this summer! There will be plenty of experiments to watch and do, things to make, and items to explode! Children will be supervised by highly qualified staff with enhanced DBS checks.

    The club will run on 25th-27th July, 7th-9th August, and 21st-22nd August from 10am-3pm at CDYST, Coldwell Lane, Sheffield S10 5TL.

    Join us on fortnightly Thursdays at Hathersage Social Club, where we'll be hosting some truly delicious street food evenings! Join us in our lovely riverside garden and terrace for some cold beers and cocktails as our chefs bring you flavours from their travels to Greece and Zanzibar on alternating evenings (see full dates below).
